What is the delivery time?
Switzerland: 3–7 working days
European Union (EU): 3–8 working days

Shipping is done via The Post. RETURNS & REFUNDS Return policy
A return is accepted if the following conditions are met:
The shoes have not been worn
The goods are not damaged or worn (Condition: like new)

How does a return work?
If an item does not fit or you do not like it, you can simply return it:
Pack the items securely in a shipping package
Include the completed return form
Attach the address label to the package
Drop off the shipment at a post office
Please return the items in the same condition in which you received them.⏱ Deadline: 14 days from receipt of goods Return address (for Switzerland and all EU countries)

The return shipping costs are borne by the customer
No restocking fees apply
After successful inspection, the original shipping fee will be refunded
Thus, the shipping fee is split between shipping and return.
